By accessing or using the SalesSignal AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SalesSignal AI LLC ("SalesSignal AI," "we," "us," or "our").
SalesSignal AI is a lead generation and sales intelligence platform that monitors publicly available data sources to identify potential customers for local service businesses. Our services include lead detection, AI-powered email outreach, CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and optional human phone follow-up.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All plans include a one-time setup fee as specified at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

SalesSignal AI aggregates data from publicly available sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all lead information is complete, current, or error-free. Leads are provided "as is" and you are responsible for verifying information before acting on it. We are not liable for business decisions made based on lead data.
If you use our email or SMS outreach features, you agree to comply with all applicable laws including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, and any state-specific regulations. You are responsible for maintaining proper opt-out mechanisms and honoring unsubscribe requests. SalesSignal AI provides the tools; compliance with outreach laws is your responsibility.
The Service, including its software, design, content, and branding, is owned by SalesSignal AI LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALESSIGNAL AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
